l 出色的耐热性和耐化学性PH值0-14，可耐受除了高温高压下熔融的碱金属和元素氟化物以外的所有化学介质。
l 材质：100% multidirectional expanded PTFE多向膨体聚四氟乙烯
l 工作温度：-268至260度，315度(短暂)
l 压力：至2900 Psi（200 Bar）
l 符合：TA-Luft，Blow-Out-Test VDI 2200，FDA，USP Plastic Class VI，WRc，BAM，AREVA认证
ASME B16.5 Pressure Rating标准定义的法兰及管件压力等级：
l ASME B16.5 Pressure Rating 150 Lbs，通常标记为 Class 150
l ASME B16.5 Pressure Rating 300 Lbs，通常标记为 Class 300
l 它们并不直接代表 150 psi 或 300 psi 的恒定工作压力，而是代表一个压力—温度额定值系列，用于标识管件在不同温度下所能承受的最大允许工作压力。
l 承压能力：Class 300 的承压能力显著高于 Class 150。例如，在38度时，碳钢法兰的最高允许工作压力：
a) Class 150：约 285 psi (1.96 MPa / PN20)
b) Class 300：约 740 psi (5.11 MPa / PN50)
l 物理结构：为了承受更高压力，Class 300 的法兰通常比 Class 150 更厚，螺栓孔更多或孔径更大，使用的金属量更多。
l 在工业应用中，常用公称压力 (PN) 与美标磅级 (LB/Class) 进行对应参考：
a) Class 150，对应公称压力PN20，用于给排水、低压蒸汽、暖通空调 (HVAC) 系统
b) Class 300，对应公称压力PN50，用于化工厂、精炼厂、中压工业工艺管道
l 随温度变化：随着温度升高，材料强度下降，允许的最大工作压力也会随之降低。
l 不兼容性：由于尺寸（厚度、螺栓分布）不同，Class 150 的法兰无法直接与 Class 300 的法兰螺栓连接。
